2. Eligibility & Medical Responsibility

All clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to undertake any treatment offered at Renume Wellness.

• A consultation and health questionnaire must be completed prior to certain treatments.

• You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, medications, or pregnancy status.

• Renume Wellness is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if we believe it is not in the client’s best interest.

Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, app, or in-clinic.

• Appointment times include preparation and consultation unless stated otherwise.

• Late arrival may result in a shortened session to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may result in the session being forfeited.

• Membership credits used for missed or late-cancelled appointments will not be refunded.

5. Memberships & Credits

• Memberships are billed monthly and include a set number of session credits, depending on the tier.

• Membership credits roll over month to month while the membership remains active.

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between clients.

• Memberships may be paused or cancelled in accordance with the terms stated at sign-up.

• Unlimited memberships are subject to fair use to ensure availability for all members.

6. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• Full payment is required prior to or at the time of treatment.

• Renume Wellness reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. Existing memberships will be honoured until renewal.

7. Results & Expectations

Individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, health history, frequency of treatment, and other factors.

Renume Wellness does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment or therapy. Our services are designed to support overall wellness, recovery, and performance.

8. Contraindications & Safety

Some treatments may not be suitable for certain individuals.

• It is the client’s responsibility to follow all pre- and post-treatment guidance provided.

• Renume Wellness accepts no liability for issues arising from failure to follow safety instructions or advice.

9. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises. Renume Wellness accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

10. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate sessions if a client behaves inappropriately, fails to follow instructions, or compromises the safety or comfort of others.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renume Wellness shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from treatments, except where caused by proven negligence

• Any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations. Client data is stored securely and never shared without consent unless legally required.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
